Marine Villa , a large self catering holiday home, sits close to the shore and sea of Dundrum Bay, it has views across Newcastle's promenade and just beyond to the giant sand dunes where the magnificent Royal County Down Golf Course lies.
Golf at Royal County Down is wonderful all year around. The green fees are considerably cheaper during the winter months, a thrilling time to play, in the stillness between the dunes the roar of the Irish Sea can be heard! - Just remember your water proofs!

Playing Royal Portrush from Marine Villa is a full day out. One that is well worth it. To get the most out of it we recommend you use our transport services as you'll be fresher to play and Peter our driver and your guide will make sure you relax and unwind on the way home maybe with a glass of Guinness or two in some interesting places.
Ardglass is a stunning 18 hole links course in a natural setting hugging the north-east coast of Ireland, with Beautiful views & a unique layout.
It is only a 25-30 minute drive from Marine Villa making it a superb day out golfing and you will be home for tea!
At Marine Villa on the morning you are due to play Royal County Down you can check the weather by looking out the window as it is just along the shore! We recommend you allow us to transport you and your gear to the course but after playing if you like we can collect your gear allowing you to walk home along the promenade or via a pub or two!
The Annesley Links is like the little sister to the championship course. Its most definitely worth playing! Although much shorter it is still a very testing round of golf with magnificent views of sea, mountains and duneland.
